The Stagemobil L Festival Stage is our larger mobile stage for festivals, concerts, town-centre events and productions requiring significantly more performance space. Marketed as a 7m × 6m stage, it provides approximately 42m² of covered space for performers, backline, monitoring and production equipment.

Planning and booking

Want us to handle the production? You do not need to choose technical equipment yourself. Tell us your event date, location, audience size, timings and what is happening on stage, then contact JJL. We can recommend the stage, sound, lighting and power, and quote the engineers or technicians needed to run the event.

Choosing equipment yourself? Add your preferred stage and add-ons to your enquiry and submit your enquiry. If you or your production supplier will provide consoles, microphones or crew, tell us what you are supplying so we can check the connections and avoid duplicating equipment. We will confirm suitability, availability, delivery, staffing and the quotation before the booking is confirmed.

Choose the production package you need

Shared Stage Add-ons — for either mobile stage. M1, M2 and M3 provide the mixer and microphone packages; MON1 Four-Speaker Stage Monitor Package supplies separate stage monitors; FOH1 adds a covered front-of-house operating position. Choose these alongside the PA and lighting add-ons for your selected stage.

The stage can be hired by itself or combined with our modular production add-ons. Sound systems are kept separate from mixers and microphones, so you only pay for the equipment your event actually needs and can use a suitable mixer or production supplier of your own if preferred.

1. Choose an audience sound system: F-S1 Zenith Festival Sound System is normally suitable for audiences of up to approximately 400 people. F-S2 Medium Line Array Sound System is designed for approximately 400–800 people with four line-array elements per side. F-S3 Large Line Array Sound System extends this to approximately 800–1,500 people with six elements per side. Both line-array packages use two high-output dual-18-inch subwoofers. We will confirm the appropriate system for your site and programme.
2. Choose one mixer and microphone package if required: M1 Playback & Two Vocal uses a FLOW 8 with two wired SM58 microphones. M2 Playback & Four Wireless Vocal uses a FLOW 8 with four Sennheiser EW-DX handheld microphones, with a mixer upgrade available if required. M3 Live Band includes an X32 Rack, two SD8 stageboxes, wireless vocals, drum and instrument microphones and DI boxes. These shared packages are available with either mobile stage, or you can supply suitable equipment of your own.
3. Choose lighting: F-L1 Basic Wash or F-L2 Performance Lighting.
4. Choose event power if required: F-P1 Hybrid Event Power provides a suitable battery, solar, low-noise generator or combined solution after we assess the selected sound and lighting packages, operating time, site and available mains supply.
5. Add anything event-specific: sound engineer, additional microphones, MON1 Four-Speaker Stage Monitor Package, technicians and other production equipment can be added as required.
6. Add a front-of-house position if required: FOH1 provides a covered 3m × 2m raised platform, stage-deck work table, audio and lighting connections, cable protection and suitable power.

For our standard setup, production racks are grouped neatly in a rear corner of the stage and controlled wirelessly. Add FOH1 Covered Front-of-House Position for a dedicated covered, raised operating area in the audience. Audio consoles and lighting desks for FOH are selected separately for each job; compatible client-supplied desks can also be accommodated.

Audience figures are approximate planning guides. The suitable system depends on the event programme, required sound level, audience layout, coverage distance, site noise limits and weather conditions.

If you are unsure what to select, tell us the expected audience size, event timings and the number and type of performers. We will check the requirements and recommend the most suitable combination before confirming the booking.

Every event is planned around site access, ground conditions, production requirements and the programme of performances. Our team can provide the stage alone or a complete production package.

Delivery and collection are calculated separately based on the event location from our RH19 base. The stage is supplied on a delivered-and-installed basis only. Available for the 2027 event season.

Weekday and Community Pricing

We want professional staging to remain accessible to schools, charities, councils and organisations supporting their local communities.

• Weekday events: 15% off the stage hire price for qualifying events taking place Monday to Thursday.
• Charity, education and public-sector events: 25% off the stage and eligible stage add-ons.
• Community weekday events: 35% off the stage hire price, with 25% off eligible stage add-ons.

Community pricing is available for direct bookings from registered charities, schools, academies, colleges, universities, councils, government bodies and other approved non-profit community organisations.

Discounts cannot be combined; we will apply the best eligible rate. Delivery, collection, technicians, crew, travel costs, consumables and externally sourced equipment are charged at their normal rates. Weekday pricing excludes bank holidays and normally requires the stage to be available for collection by Friday morning.

Eligibility may need to be verified and all discounts remain subject to availability. VAT is applied where applicable.

Stage monitors

Stage monitors help performers hear themselves. Choose MON1 Four-Speaker Stage Monitor Package with F-S2 or F-S3 if monitoring is required. F-S1 already includes four stage monitors powered by its Zenith rack; only add MON1 there for additional monitors. M1, M2 and M3 mixer and microphone packages do not include monitor speakers.
